Meet Shubie
In 2012, a kind soul discovered a litter of puppies in a landfill in a remote part of Labrador, Canada. FedEx evacuated the animals (thank you, FedEx!) and Rodney adopted her right off the plane.
The Forever Dog photo shoot was Shubie’s first modeling experience. Although she found the experience gratifying (she received a lot of treats), she much prefers romping in the forest with Rodney to posing for the camera.
Shubie’s interests include meteorology (she’s especially interested in shifts in barometric pressure) and creating burrows and secret hiding places. In her spare time she enjoys playing outside in inclement weather, burying her food for several days prior to eating it, early morning snuggles, tripe, and interactive food puzzles that require her full attention and intellect.
