Snout Soother and Snout Shine are both fragrance-free. We elected not to include any fragrance in these products because it is not needed and would be undesirable right on top of a dog’s nose, where their olfactory senses are off the charts!

Paw Soother, PawTection, Skin Soother, and Wrinkle Balm do contain subtle scents from 100% natural essential oils—never fake, chemical, phthalate-rich, or endocrine-disrupting fragrances. We use top-of-the-line essential oils made without solvents, providing a naturally pleasant scent that customers love.

Our products are made with the highest quality human-grade ingredients. We receive reports almost daily of humans finding unique, beneficial ways to use our products on themselves—most commonly for chapped lips, eczema, psoriasis, sun rash, and dry winter skin (many people love using Paw Soother on dry feet!).

Skin Soother is essentially a natural version of Neosporin, and many customers use it for their own cuts, rashes, cuticles, and skin irritations with great results.

If your order arrives melted due to warm weather, simply pop it in the fridge for a few minutes and it will return to normal!

Conversely, if exposed to freezing temperatures, the balm may feel hard to the touch. Place it in a warm area (like the top of your fridge) for a few minutes, or rub a small amount between your fingers to let your body heat melt it naturally. This is completely normal for natural oil-and-butter balms and will not affect their healing efficacy.
