Step 1 Book Your PawConsult

Purchase your PawConsult through our website.

Step 2 Complete Your PawConsult Intake Form

You'll receive a link to your PawConsult Intake Form. Please complete and submit it before your consultation.

Step 3 Schedule Your Consultation

Once you've submitted your intake form, you'll be directed to my Google Calendar to book a convenient date and time for your 60-minute WhatsApp consultation.

Step 4 We'll Review Your Pet's Information

We'll carefully review your pet's health history, nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, environment, current health concerns, and any supporting documents you've provided before your consultation.

Step 5 PawConsult Day

We'll discuss your pet's unique situation, answer your questions, and work through the recommendations together.

Step 6 Receive Your JOOF Personalised Guide

You'll receive your JOOF Personalised Guide within 5 working days, along with 7 days of WhatsApp clarification should you need any clarification regarding your recommendations.

Hello! I'm Judyvein (Judy), founder of JOOF Holistic Pet, a Certified Professional Canine Nutritionist (CPCN), and a Certified Raw Nutrition Coach for Cats & Dogs (BRNC).

My passion is helping pet parents better understand their dogs' and cats' health through nutrition, fresh food, holistic wellness, and evidence-informed natural approaches. I believe every pet deserves an individualized approach because there is no one-size-fits-all solution. My role is to educate and support pet parents while working alongside your veterinary team—not replacing it.
