• Customized fresh food diet & targeted supplement recommendations
• Complete Homeopathic Protocol & Medical History Review
• Includes all email updates received prior to your first follow-up appointment
• Includes ONE 45–60 min Zoom Follow-Up Call (when booked within 6 months of initial intake)

Homeopathic care paired with diet-planning gives your animal the best chance at creating resilience and long-term changes in health. Must be accompanied by a medical file review.

📌 Booking Availability & Triage Policy:

Appointments are scheduled on a triage system, with priority given to the most in-need pets. Non-urgent cases are currently booking approximately 4 weeks in advance. If you do not hear from Sarah's team within 3 business days of applying, please reach out directly at theanimalsynergist@gmail.com.

• Payment & Cancellation Policy: All booking fees are paid in full at the time of booking. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the appointment fee will be retained to account for reserved practitioner time.
• First Follow-Up & Updates: Your first follow-up appointment must be booked within 6 months of the intake appointment to avoid extra fees. Regular, clear, and concise email updates are strongly encouraged to help keep your practitioner current on the case.
