- 48-Hour Cancellation Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice carry a non-refundable $100 deposit fee.
- Diabetic Dog Exception: If your dog is currently diabetic, Rita is unable to take on diabetic cases due to physiological complexities. Please consult a veterinary herbalist or homeopathic veterinarian instead.
